Kenneth Ip

Coming from an academic background based heavily on the history, theory and criticism of architecture, Kenneth’s research lies heavily within the realm of architecture outside of building. Much of his research is in the ideas of architecture beyond mere forms, particularly in its effects on the urban environment. Some of his research have included the relationship between architecture and infrastructure based on the bus stations of Hong Kong, post-colonial politics and architecture, as well as the post-WWII developments of architectural theory.

Kenneth Ip received his BA(AS) from the University of Toronto in 2007 and his MArch from the University of Hong Kong in 2010.
